Butterscotch Spice Cookies
Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines Spice Cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl and blend well. Then stir in butterscotch chips and walnuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes. Cool 2 minutes, press lightly with bottom of glass. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
