LASAGNE 0 Picture


  • 2 pounds lasagna noodle
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 pounds ricotta cheese
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, chopped



Step 1

Saute onion/garlic. Brown meat.
In blender 2 cans tomatoes salt and pepper and parsley. Add to meat mixture. After it boils add 2 cans of paste.
Clean out each can with 1/2 can water. Simmer 1 hours.
Boil lasagne be careful it does not break 20 minutes.
Prepare cheese on side.
Put a little bit of gravy in bottom of pan, start layering, lasagne/gravy/drop ricotta on gravy in spoon drops, grated mozzarella/Parmesan cheese and so on top layer coat heavily with gravy and cheese. Cover with foil very well. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
