Chocolate Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 2 cups sifted cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening; add sugar & cream thoroughly. Add egg unbeaten. Alternately add milk and flour sifted with salt. Mix in the cooled chocolate. Fill the MIRRO cookie press and form cookies on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
