Ingredients
- 3 bunches green onions
- 1 bunch celery
- 4 large regular onions
- 3 packages sliced okra
- sausage
- 1 turkey (use leftover including bones)
- salt and pepper
- roux

Preparation
Step 1
Put remainder of turkey in a large pot. Cover with water. Cook with salt & pepper and above seasonings (except sausage & okra) and salt & pepper until meat falls off the bone. (3 plus hours) Drain, retaining liquid, and remove all bones. Make a roux, combine with above liquid and meat, add sausage & okra.
