Ingredients

• 1 egg beaten
• 1 small onion grated
• 1 medium potato grated
• 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs sifted
• 1 can tuna flaked
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash pepper
• salad oil

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except oil forming into 5 patties. Saute on both sides in hot drippings until brown.
