- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter melted
- 1 egg
- 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 F, spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and margarine. In a separate bowl, beat egg with fork. Dip pork chops into egg, then coat evenly with bread crumb mixture. Place in greased pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes turning once.
