Ingredients

• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Gifted flour into batter and stir until partly thick
• 1 capful maple flavoring
• Topping
• Put the white of the egg with a little milk and sugar, beat well

Preparation

Grease cup cake papers
Put batter in them and pop in oven for fifteen minutes at 375 degrees
