Aunt Lucy's Cheescake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 stick butter, softened
• 6 T. sugar
• Line spring form pan using measuring cup to force crumbs around sides as much as possible.
• 3 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1 C. sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the cream cheese & sugar together in mixer. Add eggs one at a time & then vanilla. Pour into crust & bake one hour at 350.

When done, mix:

1 pt. sour cream
6 T. sugar
1 T. vanilla

Mix & pour on top. Bake another 5 minutes. Cool one hour before refrigerating.
