Ingredients
- 1 cup enriched rice
- 3 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In a 3-quart pot, bring rice, milk, raisins, sugar, and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Slowly stir in vanilla and cinnamon, stirring constantly. Serve with milk for a thinner consistency.
