Ingredients
- 1 box shredded fillo dough
- 1 16 ounce can peaches or apricots
- 2 cups prepared vanilla pudding
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water

Heat oven 375
Tear pkg in half and break up into small shreds, Spread evenly over bottom of ungreased 15x10 jelly toll pan.
Place peach slices evenly over shredded dough in pan: spread pudding evenly over peaches. Tear remaining shredded dough into small shreds place evenly over pudding layer spoon butter evenly over entire surface of shredded dough. Bake 375 for 30-40 min or until golden brown.
In medium saucepan combine sugar and water boil 15 min.
Spoon syrup evenly over dough immediately after removing from oven. Let stand covered at least 30 min before serving. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
