Pineapple Carrot Muffins

Servings: 12 muffins



Mix together flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and seasonings. In separate bowl mix oil, egg, milk, carrots, and pineapple with juice. Pour into flour mixture. Mix until ingredients are just moistened. Spoon into muffin pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 350 oven 20 to 25 minutes.
