Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
- 12 oven ready lasagna noodles
- 2 15 oz jars of alfredo pasta sauce
- 2 1/2 c cooked chicken
- 16 oz shredded Italian blend cheese
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 10 oz bag of frozen spinach thawed and drained

In a bowl combine the eggs, ricotta, 8 oz of the Italian cheese and blend well. In a seperate bowl combine the 2 jars of alfredo sauce and 1 c milk and mix well.
in 9x13 pan layer sauce, noodle, cheese mixture, spinach, chicken, sauce, noodles etc. Its important to start with the sauce before the noodles so that there is moisture under the noodles for baking.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 50-60 min. To brown the top put under the broiler for 5 min.
