Ingredients
- 4 cups Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 can cream of celery OR cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Spoon stuffing across center of 3 quart shallow baking dish.
Place pork chops on each side of stuffing.
Mix together soup and milk. Pour over chops.
Bake at 400 for 1 to 1.5 hours until done.
Sprinkle with cheese.
