Ingredients
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cups warm water
- 2/3 cups milk or milk alternative
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 cup bean flour
- 1 cup brown or white rice flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Follow bread maker instructions for a short cycle bread (with only one rise).
Notes
Try substituting the bean flour for almond flour for a slightly different (but great!) texture and flavor.
