Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325F.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except marshmallow creme, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Next, mix in 1 cup marshmallow crème, just enough so it creates brown and white swirls. Spoon into a 9 by 13-inch pan that’s been lightly coated with a vegetable oil cooking spray. (For thicker brownies, use a 9 by 9-inch pan.)
Bake for 18 minutes (10 minutes for a cakey brownie). Cool and serve.
