Ingredients

  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1/3 cup pineapple
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch knob of ginger
  • 1 handful parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Run all ingredients through a juicer.
Serve over ice if desired.
