Apple & Crab Canapes

Ingredients

  • 2 small Granny Smith apples
  • 16 ounces lump crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon
  • 2 small shallots, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

Slice each apple vertically into 8 thin rounds, avoiding the cores. In bowl, combine next 5 ingredients; season. Spoon onto slices; top with chives. Serve immediately.
