Vanilla Wafer Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pound vanilla wafer cookies
• 2 1/2 sticks butter
• 2 cups angel flake coconut
• 1 cup pecans chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 6 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Crush wafer and add to butter mixture. Stir in coconut and pecans. Put in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 F for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
