Chocolate Cupcake Sundaes

Three ingredients. That’s all you need to create the amazingly wonderful Chocolate Cupcake Sundaes you see in the video above, which was shot in the Turkey Hill kitchen and promptly devoured in the Turkey Hill break room. Feel free to whip up a batch of these treats yourself using whichever flavor of ice cream you’d like.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10-12 small scoops of Turkey Hill All Natural Ice Cream (your choice of flavor)
  • Toppings of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Line a cupcake pan with aluminum foil cupcake liners (discarding paper liner from each). Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring occasionally.

Spoon melted chocolate into the bottom of each cupcake liner and spread the chocolate up the sides of each liner with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is firm. Repeat at least once to create a thicker, sturdier layer of chocolate.

When chocolate is firm, carefully remove cupcake liners and fill each chocolate shell with a scoop of ice cream. Top with sprinkles, chocolate syrup or the topping of your choice, and enjoy!
