Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • ounce fresh angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 2 pounds ground meat
  • 1 cup chopped meat
  • 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • garlic salt
  • basil
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain pasta. Stir in butter, parmesan cheese and eggs and form crust in 2 buttered 10" pie pans. Let cool. Cook ground meat, chopped meat, and onion and drain. Make sauce with tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, garlic salt, and basil. Stir in sauce and heat thoroughly. Spread sour cream over crusts. Fill pans with meat sauce and cover pies with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
