  • olive oil
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spoon garlic
  • 2 pounds meat
  • oregano
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bell pepper

Step 1

Take olive oil and add to pan. Chop onion, garlic, and bell pepper and add to oil. Saute for 10 minutes and add tomato paste, saute another 10 to 15 minutes. Add sauce and 3 cans of water and cook on low heat for 3 to 5 hours. (Or put in microwave for 2 hours.)Either make meat balls or fry the meat off and add to sauce half way through cooking.

Meat balls: Take ground meat and add to it: 2 eggs, Italian cheese, milk, salt, pepper, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, oregano, mix together and form balls. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until done. Add to sauce half way through cooking the sauce.
