Sheila's Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds ground meat
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 2 large green peppers chopped
  • 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground meat with onions and peppers. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce, paste, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer on medium fire until desired thickness. Serve over spaghetti, elbow macaroni, or pasta shells.
