Rolled Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 10 large flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese room temperature
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 4 ounces chopped green chiles
  • 4 ounces chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together, except tortillas. Spread mixture thinly and evenly on flour tortillas, roll up. Prepare this the day before and cover each layer with damp paper towel. Cut into bite size pieces to serve.
