Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado Panini

Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta Sandwich Roll
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 medium tomato, sliced
  • 5 thin slices of Turkey
  • 3 slices bacon, cut in half and cooked {for a total of 6 pieces}
  • 1/4 avocado, mashed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. salted butter

Preparation

Step 1

If it’s not already cut, cut your Sandwich Roll in half.

Cook in a frying pan on medium/low heat {Or if you have a George Foreman, use that. It works like a charm!}, until both sides are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
