Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped

Step 1
Mix sugar and cream together and bring to a hard boil. Add butter and cook until it gets to a very hard boil. Remove from heat, beat mixture and add pecans. Continue to beat until mixture gets sugary. Place wax paper over a wet towel. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper and cool.
