Pecan-Marshmallow-Chocolate Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans broken
  • 2 pounds chocolate light or dark
  • 1 pound marshmallows, use large ones cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

Line a large pan with foil. Microwave chocolate on medium for 2 minutes - stir - then continue for intervals of about 30 seconds. Takes about 3 minutes. Fold in marshmallows and pecans then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Then cut in squares.
