Mrs. Bassett's Christmas Eve Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix
• 3/4 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges in juice
• 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
• 1 (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding
• 1 (9 oz) whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Cake: Mix all ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 3 greased and floured 9 inch pans at 350 F for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling: Mix pineapple with instant pudding. Add topping and mix well.

Spread filling between layers and on top and sides of cake. Refrigerate overnight.
