Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground meat
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • salt
  • pepper
  • season-all
  • bread crumbs
  • parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ground meat, eggs, and seasonings. Add enough bread crumbs to be able to work well with the meat. Roll meat into desired size balls. Cook in oven at 400 F for 10 minutes. Turn meatballs and cook another 10 minutes. Place cooked meatballs on paper towels to drain grease well.
