Ingredients
- 2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches (total of 24)
- 1 recipe homemade hot fudge
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 container cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Combine hot fudge and peanut butter; warm gently in microwave until combined and smooth.
In a 9x13 inch pan place one layer of ice cream sandwiches. Spread half of cool whip over sandwiches and top with half of the hot fudge mixture. Place another layer of ice cream sandwiches over the hot fudge and add another layer of cool whip and hot fudge.
Freeze for several hours and serve.
