  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Remove skin and all visible fat from chicken parts. Place in baking dish. Wash hands, cutting board and utensils with hot soapy water. Combine honey and mustard in small bowl. Pour over chicken and turn pieces meat side down. Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, basting every 10 minutes until meat is tender.
