Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground meat
- 1 medium onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans Franco-American Beef gravy
- 1 medium onion, sliced optional
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ground meat with chopped onions, salt and pepper. Shape into steaks. In large fry pan, cook hamburger steaks until brown on both sides. Drain off grease only, leaving meat drippings for gravy. (Optional: Add onion slices and saute until tender.) Add canned gravy to cooked hamburger steaks and simmer about 30 minutes.
