Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and cocoa in pot. Stir in cream and cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously. Drip fudge in cold water to form soft ball to test if "turned". When turned, add vanilla and take off fire. Add butter, pecans, and marshmallow cream. Beat until cool. Pour in greased pan and let cool. Cut into serving pieces.
