Faux Amaretto Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 large can of pineapple juice
  • 1 small can of frozen pink lemonade
  • 1 bottle pure almond extract
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 bottles ginger ale
  • pineapple chunks and cherries optional

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water and add sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add pineapple juice, lemonade, almond extract and fruit (if desired). Freeze overnight. About 1/2 hour before ready to serve, unmold frozen juice mixture into punch bowl. Pour in ginger ale when ready to serve. Should be slushy.
