- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 Bulb Garlic (10-12 cloves)
- As Needed Soy Milk

Instructions:
Simmer Cauliflower, Celery, Onion, Parsley, and Garlic. Drain when fork tender. In food processor, blend all ingredients. Add soy milk as needed, until you get the consistancy of mashed potatoes.
