Corn and Crab Soup

  • 4 cups onion chopped
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pound frozen corn
  • 2 quarts whipping cream
  • 2 pints half and half
  • 2 cups chicken broth soup
  • 2 pounds claw crabmeat


Servings 1


Step 1

Saute onions in butter. Add flour, mixing well. Slowly add whipping cream, half and half, broth, and corn. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add crabmeat and cook on low heat for 20 minutes more. Season to taste.
