Chuck Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 chuck roast
  • oil
  • Lawry's seasoning salt
  • garlic salt
  • red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare roast by cutting into approximately 3"x3" cubes and remove as much fat as possible. Mix seasoning salt, garlic salt, and a little red pepper into oil. Spread seasoned oil onto all sides of meat and marinade in refrigerator overnight. Heat cooking oil in skillet. Start by browning meat on all sides a little. Then add water and cook until all meat is tender. When almost all of water is evaporated, finish by browning meat on all sides.
