Ingredients
- 1 deep pie plate 9", lined with pastry
- Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2-3 cups rhubarb

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs slightly in a mixing bowl and add sugar, flour, salt. Mix thoroughly and add rhubarb. Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes reduce heat to 325 and cook until rhubarb is tender.
