Ingredients
- 4 blocks 1 inch feta cheese
- 4-8 sheets phyllo pastry
- 2 TBS sesame seeds
- 4 TBS honey
- 1 TBS red wine vinegar
- 1 TBS water
- olive oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
-brush phyllo with olive oil
-wrap the feta in phyllo
-in a small pan boil the honey, red wine vinegar and water stirring frequently
-fry the feta/phyllo until golden brown. Drain on paper towel
-drizzle the feta envelopes with honey sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds
-serve while hot
