    blocks 1 inch feta cheese

  • 4-8

    sheets phyllo pastry

  • 2

    TBS sesame seeds

  • 4

    TBS honey

  • 1

    TBS red wine vinegar

  • 1

    TBS water

  • olive oil for frying

Directions

-brush phyllo with olive oil -wrap the feta in phyllo -in a small pan boil the honey, red wine vinegar and water stirring frequently -fry the feta/phyllo until golden brown. Drain on paper towel -drizzle the feta envelopes with honey sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds -serve while hot
