Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup swansons chicken stock
  • 3/4 cup half and half cream
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • Green ions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes in microwave.
Peel and slice potatoes and place in 9 x 13 pan.
Mix together sour cream, cheese, stock, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with green onions.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown cornflakes. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.
Bake at 350
