- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs (11 double if using whole crackers)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Mix and put in pan, save 1/3 cup. Put in fridge.
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Beat until soft and fluffy, spread over other layer.
Dissolve a 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Fold in 1 pkg. frozen raspberries. Stir until thawed and partially thickened. Pour over creamed mixture. Whip cream and spread, then sprinkle with crumbs. Makes 2 - 8 inch square pans or 1 - lOx 14 inch rectangular pan.
