Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- Bake as usual.
- Filling:
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin.
- 1/2 cup water
- Put in sauce pan.
- Add:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 egg yolks
- Stir until blended. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture thickens slightly(about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and add:
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup creme de cacao

Preparation
Step 1
Stir until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon (approximately 20-25 minutes). Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, gradually add 1/3 cup sugar. Fold in mixture plus 1 cup whipping cream beaten stiff. Turn into crust and chill. Garnish with 1/2 cup whipping cream beaten stiff and chocolate curls.
