Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • Bake as usual.
  • Filling:
  • 1 env. unflavored gelatin.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Put in sauce pan.
  • Add:
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Stir until blended. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture thickens slightly(about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and add:
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup creme de cacao

Preparation

Step 1

Stir until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon (approximately 20-25 minutes). Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, gradually add 1/3 cup sugar. Fold in mixture plus 1 cup whipping cream beaten stiff. Turn into crust and chill. Garnish with 1/2 cup whipping cream beaten stiff and chocolate curls.
