Sauteed Dill Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 6oz. boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. whole dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Saute chicken in melted butter. Add heavy cream and reduce until slightly thickened. Add dill, salt, white pepper and curry powder and stir. Let cook until thickened ( a honey-like consistency) Portion as desired and serve with rice.
