  • 1 (12 ounce) box Mini Four Cheese Medley
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 cup tomato or marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Place Mini Pierogies in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Combine all ingredients, reserving half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Arrange Pierogies in baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray, top with reserved cheeses. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until center is hot. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
