Mixed Vegetable Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 can green or wax beans
  • 3 onions, diced
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet, cook under cover, the diced celery and onions using the butter. When done add the flour and make a cream. Then add the drained beans and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
