Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. thin cream or milk
- 1/2 lb. soft mild cheese, cut in small pieces
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard or pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter; add cornstarch. Stir until well mixed. Add cream gradually and cook 2 mins. Add cheese and seasonings.
