Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • Round steak
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Flour
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 lg can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Cut round streak into serving size pieces. Pound slightly with flour. Brown in oil or butter. Remove meat and place in casserole.
Add a little water and sauté onion.
Add the bouillon cubes and soup. Stir and add water until sauce is consistency of gravy.
Pour gravy over meat. Cover and bake for 2.5 Hours at 350.
