Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c melted butter
- (Can substitute chocolate Oreo premade crust)
- FILLING:
- 28 large marshmallows, halved
- 2/3 cup half and half cream
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 4 T green creme de menthe
- 4 T white creme de cacao
Preparation
Step 1
CRUST:
Reserve 2 T crumbs for the top. Combine remaining crumbs and butter. Press evenly onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Chill.
FILLING:
Combine marshmallows and half and half in saucepan.
heat VERY slowly until marshmallows have melted, using a slow motion stirring stroke.
Cool completely.
Fold in liquers and whipped cream.
Pour into chilled crust.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Freeze until firm.
