Spanish Fluff

Ingredients

  • 2 c. ground veal
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. boiled rice
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can Spanish tomato sauce
  • Cooked noodles
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Fry veal and onions until brown and season with salt and pepper. Add other ingredients and simmer ten minutes. Serve with noodles garnished with bread crumbs.
